We played with it all Christmas Day - easy to set up my 11 yr old figured it out quickly - graphics are good not to jittery - lots of fun

Honestly when connected to recommended devices and connects properly its fun and enjoyable. pros: its fun and relatively simple to use cons: phone gets really hot thers no way to bypass pop ups, so play in airplane mode if you dont have the recommened phone its hard to really set up

We bought this for Christmas for our son's big gift. Such a disappointment for our 12 yr old Star Wars fan! All day long we tried using a recently updated iphone 7plus (labeled approved), but it would get hung up on connecting the headset, telling us to: "Please wait- Searching for headset..." We followed the app installation instructions exactly in specified order. After trying our Samsung Galaxy J7, and one other (we knew those weren't approved), but still same hangup error. We figured we got bad hardware??? We immediately exchanged it this morning Dec 26, at our 12 yr olds plea, but once again are having the same exact problem with the second set. We have called Lenovo, but they just sent us to a website: help.starwars.com. The customer service and website are useless- and did not address our problem. We are sad and frustrated, and feel this should not have made it on the market. Now searching for a new gift idea. No more Lenovo for us.

My grandson loves his new gift. The whole family even dad got in the fun. Also it was fun to watch them chase something you can't see.

Bought it as a gift for my son. He loves it. He wanted a lightsaber , one of the ones that just lights up and you can just look at they were like $150 . For $99 got this and you can actually use it. Now all I need is one for myself so we can battle each other...

This is a great phone VR for the money you can’t beat it.

I was WICKED excited when i got this and thinking that i have one of the newest phones on the market i had nothing to worry about. I was WAY wrong and should of done my homework. You need an APP on your phone and your phone goes in a tray in the helmet. The NOTE 8 is to big and will not work. I tried for hours to rig it so it would work but nope. Returned it the next morning. Will DEFINITELY buy again if they make it so the NOTE 8 works. The lightsaber in this was AMAZING THOUGH so 3 stars for that.

I thought 200 was a lot but after playing it have to say I would have spent more it is awesome

My son is 40 and a Star Wars Geek. Gave him this for his Birthday and he love, love, loved it.

Fun for the whole family to play with and against.

Extremely fun item and adults will love it as much as the kids. A bit difficult at the start as very few instructions are included so we just went online and looked them up. Buttons on the side of the mask are awkward to find, but the games’ details are awesome and made us forget the problems we had getting started.

Very cool VR game. Ran it a few times with my iPhone X. Games is awesome, however, set up kind of stinks. Set up documentation is lacking a bit. Walk through the app BEFORE you put the phone in the headset!!!! Even go past the title screen. Also, be very careful putting the phone in adapter, first time I did my Zagg screen protector got caught on the one metal slide adjuster and ripped/cracked the protector (had to replace). Make sure the metal slides are back and also bend the plastic open a little more to give it space so you don’t caught on that dang thing each time. Other note is that the phone gets very hot, after about 45 mins of gameplay my phone showed the overheat warning so we were forced to stop. Phone was very hot when I took it out. If you can get by these issues, game is intense!! Would still recommend to any SW fan of any age!

My 14 year old son fell in love with playing this in the store. I had to get it for him he is addicted to StarWars.

Bought for my daughter for a christmas gift, as she is a star wars nut. She enjoys playing it, but what you can do is fairly limited. If you enjoy star wars it us fun, but feel that the length of time you will use will be short-mid term.

The best toy eva..was for my nephew but i had to keep it caused so much fun..planning on getting 2 more

Kids love the game and the VR is just great. I like that there are three different games in one box.

If you want a work out this is what you need, the graphics are unreal and the whole family has fun!!

Spectacular. Worth every penny. Buy this if you want to be blown away.

I will start with the negative - Sales person told us that my Galaxy Note9 was compatible even though the box didn't list my phone...they were wrong, so after spending a lot of time trying to load everything to use my phone finally found it was not going to work. Luckily my wife has the Galaxy S9, which although not listed on the box, is listed on the website as compatible. After a great deal of frustration, and talking to a useless tech support person, I have it workings. now, the positive...it is awesome. The graphics are so real, the audio is great, the many different types of battles you can do are beyond fun, and many turn out to be a great work out as well. Overall, I rate the fun and game a 5 but overall a 4 due to all the difficulties.
