Broken Laptop, Slow Repair

This laptop was not working when I first received it, and I had to ship it back to Joy Systems for repair. Although they handled the repair for free, it took them over 2 weeks to do so. In total, it took more than a month from the time I ordered this laptop to actually receive it in working condition. It's running fine now, but I would not buy from Joy Systems if you need a computer quickly.
