No problems with it except compared to my last e reader, it doesn't have as sharp of a picture, so the words seems just a bit blurry. But, for the price, not bad.

After that it is a decent little tablet though.

They never disappoint and have the best customer service. I needed to find a reasonable priced tablet for my 4 year old for his birthday and I was surprised to find this tablet on sale for only $80! My son loves it and it’s small, cute and convenient for him at his age.

Adequate for travel

It is light which is great for travel. Not impressed with the speed. Only use it when I travel in lieu of a more powerful laptop.

I considered a Kindle and Fire, but the Tab M9 was less expensive and could do more things in my opinion. It is not a powerful tablet, but I am very happy with it so far.
