Previously we had the Amazon Fire tablets and they were so slow. These were easy to set up, fast download and so far we haven’t had any problems. They love them and so do I.

Great tablet

He had the fire tablet before and it was too controlled for him. This tablet give my nephew more freedom plus he can have lots of games. Adding an sd card was easy.

Terribly Slow, Decent Price, Expandable Storage

It's fine for actually watching movies, once they get started up. However, the entire tablet is just so slow, the CPU/RAM are well outdated and it takes an extremely long time to open an app, search for something, etc etc. Just be ready for a very slow performing tablet if you buy this thing. Having expandable (SD Card) storage is nice, but this is like pulling teeth when trying to load up movies for your kids before a trip!

To try to improve your experience, we recommend ensuring your system is up to date by checking for updates in Settings > About tablet > System update. Given that the Tab M9 is an entry level device with performance not in the forefront, it could be slower initially after startup, not too dissimilar to waking up and then trying to go for a run. The system may take 1-2 minutes after booting up or waking from sleep to deliver smooth performance.
