The battery life is poor. The graphics are good, but it moves slow if you are switching between apps. Not good for multitasking. Don’t recommend if you are a student looking for an affordable tablet to help with your studies.

Once it starts it’s Ok but screen quality is not great when displaying videos on 4k. I’m disappointed with its Battery life very short for a new device.

For context, the display for the M9 does not have a high enough resolution to show 4K content in its fullest clarity, as it is an entry level Tab not designed for premium entertainment. Regarding battery life, you can make adjustments in Settings > Battery, to help improve the time between charges. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective with us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Tab M9. We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience that this has caused you, and we'd like to work with you to resolve this issue.
To start, we recommend checking for updates in Settings or the Lenovo Vantage app on your Tab. To do so, open Vantage and select 'System update' from the list of options on the Vantage home page, following on screen instructions to ensure updates are applied. If your issue persists after updates, we then we recommend restoring your device through Rescue Assistant. (https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds101291-rescue-and-smart-assistant-lmsa). This software can back up and restore your Tab to factory setting, which may resolve your software issues.
