    Was an open box item, it stopped working after a few weeks, it said as is, so I got what I paid for... 200 dolars for a second hand tablet. I expected more from the geek squad or the people who tested it.

    This tablet was too slow. It constantly hung as we were trying to do things. Would not work for us.

    Its unusable. The SOC inside is just absolutely horrifying for 2024. My wife decided to use a 3 year old phone we had lying around instead of going to this tablet. Incredibly unfortunate coming from Lenovo.

    Can't Remove Spying Apps

    I can't delete apps that were not authorized by me to be installed. Customer service would no provide any support and I only had the tablet for 4 days.

    Item did not work. Best Buy refused to refund or replace. When I attempted to return it, the employee was rude and recalcitrant.

    Absolutely terrible, it says on the box it is good and great actually for netflix, the streaming is absolutely so slow all it does is chatter

    Go buy abln Apple ipad mini.. This thing is EXTREMELY slow with outdated technology. I return this and bought an iPad mini and you're comparing a Rolls-Royce to a Toyota! I was hesitant buying an Apple product as it was my first and it was the vest purchase of 2023 I made. Apple rules the tablet world because of there processors. This android vased tablet was slow and lagged in every aspect.

    Awful customer service help. Ordered it 11/8. Said id have it be 11/24. Fedex still has not recieved the package and i keep being told "just keep waiting " and "someone from best buy will be reaching out". Still waiting and still havent heard from anyone.
