Affordable and reliable. I was concerned about buying a 'refurbished' computer but there's nothing about this unit that seems 'used' when I use it. I didn't realize that 'business model' meant no built in wifi because business typically run ethernet, and I didn't know the business model has a different connecting point than the home computer to hook up my monitor. I had to buy an external wifi to plug into USB ($15), and a different cable to connect to monitor ($15). Additional extra costs I wish they would have highlighted to alert the unknowing consumer that the business class of computer is different than the home computer, but even with that I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I like the computer just fine, but I am not happy with the service. I specifically asked if the computer would be WIFI ready, not require and adapter, and was told YES, and I asked it it would have HDMI ports and was told YES. Neither was true. I felt like I had been sold something I couldn't use and I almost returned it. But I was able to find an adapter on Amazon and purchased that for the HDMI so I could use the monitor I purchased with it, and I already had a WIFI adapter that I was using on my laptop. I just would have appreciated being told in advance.

Finally found a great affordable desktop. Arrived super quick and in great condition. Highly recommended for folks looking for a low price machine. Two thumbs up!

This is replacing our tower computer that we've had for 8 years. It wasn't used very often, but the lack of speed was way to much for us. This one is so much faster doing everything that we need it to do. I was skeptical on buying a pre-owned, so I bought the 1 year warranty for it and so far this has been a good surprise for everyone. Now it gets more use and the new features are nice to use.

Unit had been dropped, case is bent. Computer sits at a angle. Should not have been sent out as such. Unit works o.k.

Not that great. I'll avoid refurbished in the future. I like Lenovo and have never had issues with a new one. This one intermittently reset. By the time it started happening the warranty was over.

I bought this tower to replace my 10yr old tower. It offered all of the memory and storage that I need. Just need to be careful when setting it up. It automatically downloaded all the Windows updates before I had a chance to activate Windows. I had to run the recovery to reset it so I could activate Windows before the updates downloaded. I have had this system for 2 weeks now and am thrilled with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great system at a reasonable price.

I have been using this box for 6 months now. It has done everything it claims to do. It has frozen up twice in 6 months, but I leave it on 24/7, so it does not surprise me that some power glitches might freak it out. It has rebooted perfectly every time. I can't figure out how to add a hard drive, so I guess I'll get an external USB box.
