    Unpacked from box and hooked up to charge battery. When I got home from work I fired it up and started through the setup process. Just as I finished it popped up with a low battery warning even though it was plugged in for 9+ hours but it still wouldn't charge. Two minutes later it shut off and I never got it turned back on. Returned it to Best Buy and bought an hp.

    I needed a laptop desperately but could not afford to buy one new. Getting a refurbished one from Best Buy turned out to be the perfect solution. Although the delivery of my refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad was delayed I was very happy once it was received. It is in perfect condition & functioning beautifully.

    When you buy a refurbished item your rolling the dice. It's B refurbishing it not Lenovo. HP's are designed to terminate at 3 yrs old. This is my second Lenovo. My first went through a lot of abuse and still lasted 5 yrs. This one is 5 yrs old and still going strong.

    Dead on arrival. I know refurbished isn’t perfect, but I was kind of expecting someone would confirm operation before shipping...
