Did NOT like the placement of the Fn button on the lower left of the keyboard (where CNTRL usually is); VERY annoying.
Also, it was a little too big/heavy for me. Overall not bad I guess.

Product key didn't work - typed in 5 times by 2 people. Adapter sent with computer was not the correct one for this model and computer kept giving me error at every startup page. Slow processing what little I could do without a product key. :(

two keys on keyboard not functioning properly from the get go.
Warranty covers keyboard but can't bring to Best Buy. Have to mail it out to NJ. Haven't contacted about battery.
Battery doesn't hold a charge. Computer so far works well.
Learned my lesson on used items. Don't think I'll do it again.

I'm not happy about the size of the hard drive, but that is what external drives are for. I had expected it to be a little faster with the SSD and they could have cleaned it a little better, but overall I'm pleased with my product.

Wish I hadn't trusted refurbished. This thing arrived in packaging that did not say "fragile" or anything to warn of dropping it -- and I heard this one land with a loud thud onto my porch. Once opened I realized it was packaged very poorly, so the side that hit the porch only had the box and no packing materials at all to cushion the blow. I opened it up and was surprised to find it still in one piece. Amazingly it started up fine, so it can apparently take a decent beating - but the J and K keys do not work at all. Those two will not press down or budge at all. So, if you want a laptop with no J or K keys available, this thing will still work even after being dropped (without proper padding in the box) from elbow high by the UPS driver, so it's a sturdy little machine. I'm returning it anyway, I need a working keyboard.

The laptop was bought for my son for school, games, and\or streaming and so far it works great. The only issue has been the battery, it doesn't last more than 2 hours. When you open the box, there's a note saying the laptop you purchase is a refurbish laptop and the battery life might not last as long as the original. I believe if I would have spent a little more, I would have had a better laptop and battery.

Getting a Thinkpad with a solid state drive and 8GB ram under $300 is pretty decent deal. 128GB seems a bit small but consider you can have external drive and have to carry a heavy Thinkpad anyway so it is fine with me. The performace is just as expected. Good buy.

A lenovo with these sepcs for a home computer @ a $250 cost is great. It is a 410, they have by now newer models that could have made the program, but I guess companies dot return them. I have a T460 @ work for about two years now, at least 8hr of abuse daily and it still works like new.

Needed a versatile unit with connections and cd drive ... HDMI would have been nice instead of the proprietary connection that required an adapter

We have had to replace the fan twice already! The laptop has decent specs, but I think it could have been refurbed with a higher quality cooling fan.

I was very happy with the similar Lenovo that I use at work, so I decided to give this refurbished one a shot. Thus far it's been great, very fast and works flawlessly. I would absolutely buy another IBM refurb.

Not exactly what I was looking for, however, it meets my business needs. The biggest disappointment was how heavy it was. I thought it would be lighter weight considering it was a solid state drive.

I'm unsure about the savings going with a refurbished computer but it has one year warranty. For $250 this costs the same for a basic netbook
That can't run office.

Battery doesn't last 10 minutes. Joy customer service holds on line forever even if you're second in line. I give up. Will return it today.
