The laptop had a corrupt drive, had to return
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The machine took more than 10 minutes just to load windows and would take between 5 to 10 minutes to open a PDF or launch the internet. I ran every update and system check, then took it to my IT guy. His diagnostic tool would not even launch and he blamed the issues on a faulty drive. Clearly if was not tested or checked after the refurbish and was boxed and sent straight out. My business partner ordered the same Lenovo ThinkPad, his would not even start. He had to send his back as well. Don't waste you time, skip this machine

I ended up returning it to have it swapped out with the correct model. 3 weeks later, I still hadn't received anything so I call Best Buy and it turns out my order is "in a state of cancellation" (whatever that means) but I was yet to be notified or refunded. After spending 15 minutes on the phone I was allegedly refunded (the money still hasnt hit my bank account). While im sure the laptop is fine, Best Buy's customer service sucks and its easy to see why people are jumping ship to their competitors.
