We received this Lenovo laptop via Joy Systems and can say we are super pleased with ease of set up, speed, plenty of ports, memory and overall quality. It's like brand New. Also our wireless mouse & keyboard worked right away and HDMI to out is fantastic. We did receive a defective charging cord so called Joy Systems and great customer service, we received new cord within 5 days. Great overall experience and highly recommended!

Ordered item out of the country & and was worried on the condition it would be in when I would return. Finally got to open it, start it up, and it was perfect! It came in good condition and there was no damage.

Just received it! Shipping process was quick and reliable. Its running great and fast. Great cheap option for school.

Was super hyped to have found one with a bigger SSD but came with defects. Screen Glue is almost melted off and the computer gave off a chemical smell from onboxing. After further inspection the fans where making a quiet whining noise and the laptop heated up very quickly. Don't think I will be keeping it.

Laptop came in fast, on time, and preloaded with windows 10 pro.

Pretty good laptop for the price. Everything seems to be in complete working order for a refurbished unit. A few little marks/scratches from previous usage, but nothing major.

I’ve never bought refurbished electronics before but I needed this laptop to run a few apps for my work and I gotta say it’s as fast as a new laptop.

This refurbished Lenovo think pad is fantastic. I don't think my review is worth much considering this is not likely a highly stocked item. Alas, feel confident in purchasing a refurbished laptop from Best Buy. The laptop came in fantastic cosmetic condition. It clearly wasn't factory fresh, but it looked well kept and lightly used, you could convince someone that it was new. My mother has somehow managed to break several computers over the years and now I have her setup with the tank. I personally own an older model of this laptop and it still runs like an F1 car with Unbuntu Linux. It's about 15 years old, still has a vga output. This version came stacked with power. It has an older i7 and 16gb of ram, as well as a 500 gb of ssd storage. She doesn't need all of that power, but it certainly won't slow down to updates anytime soon.

My PC is always displaying the blue screen of death, even after process updates to Windows and drivers (BSOD occurred right out of the box). Battery life is very poor; perhaps it is due to be refurbished. I thought I would buy this because I mainly use if for browsing the internet and general office processing. Never again will I buy a refurbished computer.

I love it! It's exactly what I wanted in a laptop! Stable, the sound is great through my headphones and the music mix is rich! The touch on my last one was too sensitive for my liking. I had little control. My next purchase will likely be a speaker. Thank You!!

Amazing Item I have been using it everyday. It is well made

It came in a week earlier than expected and is in great condition, working perfectly. I bought it for a coding bootcamp and it’s working great and meets my needs.

I was very happy with this laptop, except it was suppose to have the backlit keyboard, which it did not. I returned it for another one. It is in like new condition.

Set up was easy and seems to be exactly what I was looking for.

The video card went bad within the first month of owning this. Sent it to the warranty company and am now waiting to get it back.

Laptop arrived ahead of scheduled, and was packaged well. The laptop functions exactly as I need it to; it's a sturdy laptop for writing and research.
