    The laptop itself is excellent. Had it come with a functioning OS, I would be very happy with this purchase. The previous OS on the laptop was never activated, so the loaded Windows 10 Pro would not activate. The recommendation of the tech at Best Buy? Return it. What a waste of my time and effort. The Ad is deceptive. It shows a picture of the laptop with a loaded OS, but never says it comes with an OS. I bought an OS (not from Best Buy). Buyer beware. I would have let this alone, but Best Buy kept nagging me for a review.
