    Great laptop for my wife, who uses it for basic computing things like email, Word, and social media. Plenty of storage, great keyboard, and the screen is vibrant. No issues here!

    Bought refurbished and does not disappoint. I5 processor speed makes surfing the Internet a breeze.

    I bought a refurbishing laptop through the internet and as I would not be the pickup person I tried to change this information through the site and I could not. I tried the chat and I could not too. So I sent my passport and credit card and the person was able to get the laptop. But when I opened the package in Brazil the device was scratched and worse, they sent a different charger from the model of my laptop. Everything went wrong on this purchase
