My experience with the condition of the laptop to setup was flawless and easy. I was not expecting it to be in such good shape. The folks in the refurb department really did an amazing job. No dust or scratches. Keys were in good shape. The feel of the key board was good. Needed Windows 7 to run my cpa’s software. No problem with that. I’m a very satisfied customer. I recommend and would purchase again.

Good buy for the money

Will not load Animation app. Everything else runs well. No DVD drive, I use external HD and DVD anyway. Well built, solid feel. The battery lasts 5-6 hrs of continued use. A solid computer for everyday use, web browsing, movies, etc

Not quite as advertised.

The extra space is nice, but I prefer the Solid state drive. Not a huge deal, but was a little disappointed. Good thing SDD aren't too expensive now, so i'll buy one and make the upgrade myself.

Good quality and comfort

At first it seemed kind of small, but after a little time I got used to the smaller size and like it a lot. It is lighter and more comfortable in my lap. I give it a thumbs up>

Listing specifies OS as windows 7. Machine arrived running windows 10. Customer service and geek squad are incapable of fixing the situation and only offer a refund.

Died on me after TWO months!

Not a Windows 7
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You advertised this refurbished laptop as a Windows 7. I bought it and after arriving I turned it on. It was a Windows 10 and not a Windows 7 laptop. I returned it to Best Buy. I am giving you 3 stars instead of 1 as you were very prompt with the full refund!
