    I bought a refurbished laptop of this type and visually there is nothing that could separate it from a fresh piece. have been using it for more than a month now and it works perfect. I would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a reliable and cost-effective laptop.

    I purchased refurbished and the unit is missing is internal battery. Took it into the heel squad because I did not like the less than 2 hour battery life. The geeks could not find a problem. Took it to an outside shop and the Tecs discovered not internal battery present. I called the number of the refurbisher listed on the back of the unit and they said they do not replace the internal battery. Bottom line, bestbut, does not inform you that the refurbished might be missing parts needed for it to function as a proper unit. Last BestBuy purchase.
