This is about my 5th or 6th Lenovo Thinkpad so I'm pretty familiar with them. Overall a good value and has plenty of power for work and home.

I really like this laptop for basic use, though I haven’t tried gaming on it so I can’t speak to that ability. My one issue with it is the touchpad. It is like all others, generally speaking, except the entire pad is a “button” that seems to be attached somewhere in the middle of the pad and allows you to press the pad as a button, left and right. It is somewhat cheap-feeling. It functions ok, though I prefer actual buttons. After a couple days of use, I adjusted to it and could use it just as easily as a tradition touchpad but I still don’t like the feel of the pad/button combo itself. Beyond, good buy at a good price, even with the mouse issue.

so far so good It's fast and clean not a fan of the mouse pad seems clunky but the rest is great! they have a second battery that can last even longer!

I bought this for school. Overall it’s a good laptop. Haven’t had any issues with it so far (I’ve had it for about 5 months now). The camera facing me when using the laptop is a little wonky, but I don’t use it so it’s not a big problem. Laptop stickers were peeling when I received it. There are some scratches on the bottom of the laptop and on the keys of the keyboard. It’s not bad for a refurbished product. The fingerprint reader is a nice touch. I would definitely recommend other people to purchase this product.

good laptop, all it’s features are very good. I am happy with it its good and nice computer for the price.

The refurbished laptop along with the windows system software works fine, but it seems that the ESC key was already damaged before I started using the laptop. However, I could fix with tape.

Works as advertised and looks like new. We’ll see how it holds up over time, but I’m very pleased so far. Excellent computer for the money

Bought this pc for business. It is durable and has enough power to run all our business applications.

-Comes with Win 10 professional edition -Solid State Drive is fast and quiet - 8GB + i5 processor seems more than enough for every day basic usage and multitasking with several windows open -Wireless AC was a lot faster than I expected with decent WIFI range. -Boots fast -Keyboard is nice but sometimes I miss the number pad that I use on my desktop computer -Getting used to touchpad without buttons takes a little getting used to. -Seems a little heavy compared to newer laptops -No extra software included -Decent battery life

I have bought a few of these refurbished Lenovo T-series and the experience has been mixed. This one was perfect. Great value.

Does everything I need really well but I don’t use it for anything other than one program for work.

Very happy with the purchase. Light-weight but fast and efficient.

Not used to the speed. The screen seems to change before I click. 14" seems to be plenty and although refurbished, could hardly see any signs of wear. Should be quite awhile before this laptop is obsolete.

This laptop came with massive dings in the hinges and corner- it was repaired by a third party - have an unknown stickers and top screen back cover had a black sticker - very poor quality and not worth the money- Also the lcd screen had a noticeable ding on it. Not worth the money- REQUESTING FULL REFUND

I bought this to gift it to my nephew, great buy. He’s into programming and this can handle all he wants to do at this moment

My computer guru swore by your refurbished laptops. My purchase experience has not been good, but your return process is simple and pleasant. I bought a different laptop that is not refurbished. It's been great.

This is a great laptop and it is tough to match the price.

Got item for my high schoolers but just didn't work out. They loved some features like the fingerprint sign in but just did not keep them as interested when doing school work because a few issues.

The charger that Came with the computer does not work. It say (not compatible)

Just received my thinkpad. Overall, I am impressed! I was a bit unsure about buying refurbished, but the condition is actually quite good. A few minor scratches here and there, but that is to be expected. The only thing i was a bit concerned about was a minimal amount of “chipping” near the camera. But again, not too severe and does not affect the functionality of the computer. Runs great, loads quickly. Perfect for my current needs.
