The laptop functions perfectly for online classes, and allows me to participate in my zoom classes with no issues regarding the camera and microphone. I love how sturdy this laptop is and I feel it will be reliable for years to come. My singular concern is that occasionally the screen will go black for a second or two, before returning to normal.

To address the issue you've seen, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Love the keyboard and they kept a feature in the keyboard that i am used to, that’s not there in keyboards these days.

At lease the hinges are way better designed then the last Dell she had. I really like that is uses USB-C to charge. Now she can leave the charger in one place and use a phone charger in another room.

Solid, fast and durable laptop

I did a good amount of research before purchasing this one and have not been disappointed. I’ve had Thinkpads for the past 20 years and they are durable, fast and provide a solid typing experience. Since this is sold by a third party, I did find navigating the website to register my device was confusing.

A Decent Computer
