I like the feel of the keyboard. Computer will meet my business needs. I real do not like the black case. Shows all kinds of marks from touching and using the computer.

Set up was not as intuitive as it should be, especially for Office. Picture is crisp and memory sufficient for my needs of home office and videos.

Easy to hook up to my monitors and keyboards as well as traveling for remote on site work. Just what I was looking for.

The first is the lack of a dedicated SD card slot, you will need a separate USB SD adapter. The other is having only 1 memory slot and is only expandable to 16 GB. I believe you can add an additional SATA hard drive if you want, but I have not tried yet. I would still recommend this laptop to anybody looking for productivity, but does not care about gaming.
