Arrived with "serious virus" that I finally got rid of. Still would not function correctly, The windows on this was basically bootleg according to activation. Service is incredibly slow to respond

Full of Malware and Virus's. Terrible Support Team

Incorrect ram size. And to top it off bestbuy support who wont do anything. Was delayed 3 days due to "packaging" so I need it now. So installing windows myself and having to buy more ram myself. Awesome

Great price, good laptop, , but a little buggy

One that is the actual laptop battery, and another one that doesn't exist. This brings two annoying situations: it shows a maximum of 50% battery life, and it keeps prompting a "battery not found" error 2) Sometimes, the computer will stay in a black screen if I don't log into it quickly enough after start up. I had to restart the computer multiple times

Was worried about buying refurbished but had to suck it up because money is tight. Ended up saving a lot of money. Its not a super beefy pc or anything but it works and its cheap
