I love my Thinkpad T480 Laptop! After many years of having a 'Cadillac' computer, when it crashed my son-in-law recommended this computer for my personal/professional use as a private contractor within education. It has been absolutely fantastic and offers me everything I need! I would highly recommend it.

Bought this ThinkPad as a gift for my granddaughter, to work at home. It's just what she wanted. Easy to use and is dependable, Has lots of memory & functions needed to perform her work tasks, She's always thanking me for such a wonderful gift!

Very good for the price. I wish I could afford more RAM and a 1TB SSD, but for my budget, I think this was a great deal. It may be refurbished, but it feel new.

Really great for renewed. Great for my son's first laptop...thats not a chromebook! Super impressed with functionality. Only drawback was the black skin they covered the laptop with-- it was put on in haste. So, we just peeled it off. It's a "must buy"! Highly recommend.

I am using this laptop for a couple months and it’s incredibly useful and clean. I had some concerns about refurbished laptops but it’s very close to brand new. Highly recommended!

Bough this refurbished because I needed a new office computer. Works absolutely great, geek squad refurbished is the way to go, and for a ThinkPad I have room for upgradability

Laptop was never formatted still contained old users files from MRSOC marine base. Refuse to use just got home from deployment have hard drive to prove it. Best buy make this right

Be aware that this is 5 years old computer that's recycled. The computer is light and sturdy. The keyboard is still nice. The mouse track has noise when push. The computer comes with a solvent odor. The battery supposed to have 500 cycles worth of charge and has 330 cycles already. Battery had been 0% and not charging, but somehow recovered after plugged in for several days without usage. Don't want to argue for a new battery. Just returned and bought a new low model Dell. Dell refurbished computers have been much younger 7 years ago. Don't know the situation now. Apple refurbished computers are quite old too.
