The refurbished ThinkPad exceeded my expectations! The laptop looks and performs like new and, with the addition of Geek Squad warranty, I have full confidence I made the right choice!

Fingerprint reader wasn't plugged in, old battery at 88% health, worn out keyboard that should have been replaced, case wasnt fully closed so i had to do it myself, the wrong charger was provided, the screws are over tighted so its impossible to open by hand, and to top it all off it arrived late. Terrible service, simply a used laptop thrown in a box hoping the customer was too stupid to realize they didn't get what they paid for. Had to fix the issues myself for a 10th the price they'd demand. Should have marched right back in and got the full refund then and there.

This review isn’t about the product as I’ve not received it. The computer was supposed to arrive Monday 7/22/24 but didn’t. I received an email that day informing me there’s a delay and the item hasn’t yet been shipped. I then called and spoke with someone to cancel the order and was told it had been processed for cancellation. On Tuesday 7/23/24 the corrupt Best Buy emailed me informing me my cancellation was rejected because the item has been shipped. I received a separate email from them, after the cancel reject email, informing me it has been shipped and included a tracking number delivery was now to be a week late Monday 7/29/24. I’ve now been informed, via the tracking number, the delivery date is supposedly going to be the 30th. This company is extremely CORRUPT! They committed fraud when they lied claiming it had been shipped so they could keep my money. I’ve been doing business with them since the 1990s…NEVER AGAIN! I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this CORRUPT TRASHY company!

Good product and I really enjoyed it for school. I really like the features it comes with.the touch screen makes it easy for me to use.
