||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The mouse pad is awful. The case is chipped, there are dead pixels on the screen. I really wanted to like this computer but I would return it if I could.

Refurbished Not Good
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Will not purchase refurbished again. Whatever company they used for this refurbish provided me an invalid Windows product Key. It took a week to get a valid product key. I had to go ahead and purchase a product key from Microsoft to get the system operating.
