The Lenovo X1 Yoga is an outstanding product with outstanding features. In addition to the device Lenovo offers excellent support system. Lenovo's customer support staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Lenovo X1 Yoga.

Firstly, I want to say that I tried to post the same review on Lenovo website. After 48 hours I was informed that review "it did not meet all our website guidelines" and it wasn't published. This should give a big warning to a potential buyer. A few days ago I received my new thinkpad X1 yoga. I started having problems with it right away. Then I had even bigger problem with Lenovo technical support. From the beginning the computer was not working properly (the touch keyboard was not opening in tablet mode). I followed the instructions on "How to use the Windows 10 Touch Keyboard" from Lenovo Companion, a few online forum's fixes, and I also installed all Microsoft updates, and nothing helped.I tried to get help from tech support and was told that since it was a software problem I would have to pay to have them help me fix it.People generally buy 2 in 1 laptops to also have the tablet function. When you open a brand new computer, it should be functional in every way and I could not use it in tablet mode because the touch keyboard was not opening. If it is not working from the beginning, the owner of brand new computer should be able get help free of charge. Please note that all I wanted was to make the basic functions work how they should by default.I agree that this could be a Windows bug, however Lenovo built the computer to work with this OS, so they should make sure ALL computer functions are working. If they are not, then they need to provide a fix for it, for free. For example, if Lenovo forgot to install Windows operating system, it would also be considered a "software problem" and the owner would be financially responsible for repair, right? This is the problem and point I am trying to make as I spent a lot of money on this 2 in 1 laptop that at the moment I can not use properly. I am very unhappy that Lenovo is not offering to help me fix the problem with my brand new computer.
