Honestly I haven’t found anything that I don’t like. I wish it had the memory card slot but it looks like one could be added. It’s fast startup and flies through websites or downloads. I use this for personal use and got this one anyway because it’s built to last. It also has its own protection so I got rid of Norton 360 because it basically does everything that Norton does without using up the space for Norton. Highly recommend this one!!

I’ve been using the Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 4 Laptop for work, and it’s been very reliable. It handles multiple programs and large files without slowing down, and the keyboard is super comfortable for long hours. The screen is good for daily tasks, though not the best for design work. Overall, it’s a solid, no-nonsense laptop for productivity and business use.

Upgraded from an older Lenovo and everything is better with the new laptop.
