Lit keyboard. SSD and lots of storage. Very quiet fan. Stays cool. I don't do gaming so I don't know how loud or warm the computer could get. I Surf the web and watch Youtube and movies and everything loads up quickly and video is great. Perfect computer for my needs!

One complaint I do have is the cracking or popping noise it is making anytime i start up the laptop or open a program or even get ready to play a sound. It gets really frustrating at times then at other times I hardly notice it. I do wish to find a fix to the issue soon.

As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. I have used this laptop excessively now , and it works fantastically. I do not regret purchasing it, and I would not choose any differently if given a choice to pick again. Lenovo has outdone itself with this product. There are very few things that I can write in response to cons. The trackpad is not superb, but it is no deal breaker. Overall, I am delighted with this purchase. I gamed very little, but from the times that I did game, the computer performed just as expected and even beyond at times. I would say that if you do not want to break your budget but want a powerful gaming laptop set that gives more for your value, this is it.

Super quick PC

Startup from sleep mode takes less than 2 seconds. Keyboard is comfortable and has good feel. I am not a gamer but this machine rocks all the functions I use.

Very fast, but not very portable.

I bought it for playing games and running drafting softwares like archicad, and it works great. However, it is big and heavy which is not very portable.If you are looking for a laptop which is easy to carry, this is probably not the right choice.

Great laptop for everything you need

As it promised, it satisfied everything I expect. I love this laptop. Fan is nice cool and very quiet most of time. I have tried other high end laptops but most of them have loud fan when you watch video. This laptop exceeds my expectation. Glad to use it everyday for anything you do.

He loves gaming but hates a lagging computer. This computer is wonderful. No lagging, plenty of speed and memory, wonderful sound. He loves everything about it. The sound is extremely great as well. Excellent product and great service at Best Buy. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a top of the line laptop.

You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

I've only had one issue so far, my speakers seem to be clipping or giving me these crackles right before playing a simple sound. Should be a simple fix.

We bought this for our son at college.

I personally did not want to spend as much as I did but it's too late now.
