    FIrst thing's first - it really irritates me that some people give a product a horrible review then do nothing but complain without taking the proper steps to troubleshoot or give the manufacturer or seller the opportunity to rectify the problem if here actually is an issue with the product. EVERY product has a bad item roll off the assembly line - from ink pens, to refrigerators, to weapons, to cars - it's going to happen - NO manufacturer has a 100% perfect record. But I digress.. The Lenovo Y700 has taken every task that I throw at it and does it without hesitations. I've had zero problems with it, and every game runs smoothly on either HIGH or ULTRA settings. The HDD could use some improvement. Lenovo opted to go with a Western Digital 5200 RPM 1TB HDD in the 7mm "slim" form factor. It seems nobody makes the slim HDDs in higher than 5200 RPM, so either get a SSD (which the standard is 7mm), or suck it up. Personally, I put all my apps on the SSD and then my games and data files on the HDD . I'm in no hurry, it works, and it works well. All in all I'd buy this laptop again in a heartbeat!

    Bought this computer over a year ago when it was on sale. I don't have time to do a full review before the computer crashes, even after a factory reset and latest updates. Support has been no help.
