As a computer that wants to be all things for all situations, it seems to compromise a little of the stability of a straight laptop. The touch screen is great and the keyboard is nice. It is when online that it decides to randomly crash or freeze-up. Also if the screen senses a finger when in laptop mode it stars performing unwanted commands. Overall, I think it will be better when I get more used to it.

I purchased the Lenovo laptop in January 2015, after eight months of light use, the Solid State Hard Drive crashed. At the time of my purchase, I added the Geek Squad Protection Plan. I left the computer, with eight months of my business data, at the local Best Buy store. Two days later I received a call from a nice representative stating they were unable to recover my data and the Manufacturer would be responsible for repairing my device. The MFG would also keep my current hard drive if a repair was the route they chose. Meanwhile, I am left to reboot another computer until the 2-3 week decision on repair is made. The last laptop I ran worked for 7 years without a glitch. The managers and associates I have dealt with throughout this process have been friendly and knowledgeable, but it seems they are bound to restrictions that make the process extremely painful.
