Good design need QC Bad Job by Geek Squad

The worst part of this is that the Geek Squad supposedly checked it out and said it was all good. According to Lenovo the hard drive was defective, the chip set was bad, and possibly the touch pad was also questionable. Thus a complete waste of time.

Unfortunately, less than 2 weeks after buying it, the mouse pad stopped working and a plug-in mouse wouldn't work either. Best Buy took it back and replaced it. However, we had to reload everything back on it which isn't fun for non-techies!!!

I am unable to access certain websites and upon reading online forums I found out that Lenovo has been shipping laptops with some type of adware built in to the system which causes a lot of problems. I am currently trying to work out these issues but for now I am not satisfied. It's like buying a really nice looking new car and finding out shortly after that the engine comes with a lot of problems.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Yoga 3 2-in-1 is a functioning laptop with 8 GB of memory and a sufficiently large 256 GB hard drive. These specs separate the Yoga 3 from its competition. The 11 inch screen is large enough to view easily and small enough to transport easily as well. The tablet functions work well also. Windows 8 does takes a little time to get used to.
