Open Box Product, ? that explained buggy screen

I liked this product, overall. It was light, booted up lightning fast like a tablet and keyboard was nice to type on. The touchscreen was super buggy. I haven't seen other reviews about that so maybe that's why it was open box (? returned). It would register touches when I was just typing on the keyboard and made it unusable.
I would recommend this if you get a non-buggy screen. I returned it for a MacBook Air since I was on the fence anyway.

Overall I am happy with my purchase. I think the i7 would be better for what I do but I can still manage my daily work and personal activities.

Really enjoying the increased speed of this product but the sensitivity to touch commands can be frustrating and takes time to get used to.

The Solid State drive sold me on this lap top because a friend of mine who works in IT at a company recommended it. He let me know that an SSD will extend the life of your lap top and will be lightening fast. I have enjoyed it thus far!!

I am enjoying my new 2 in 1 Lenovo Yoga 3 14, although I found the 'touch' part pretty sensitive, even after making adjustments to the settings. It's easier now that I'm using a mouse - much better control. Took it with me on vacation were there was no television, so I folded it over like a tablet and watched Netflix on it most evenings. It has a clear, crisp picture, but the sound is a bit tinny.
I've owned it a little over a month and notice that it isn't loading sites as quickly as it did when I first got it.

Overall, computer was fast and worked well, but the touch screen interface was not enabled out of the box, and instructions available with the computer were minimal. Needed to either go online to Google the issue, or take back to Geek squad to enable it thru the device manager. Also, while the standard load comes with Dragon, it does not include Microsoft office such as excel or word. Battery does seem to operate for a relatively long period between charges. WIFI was easy to set up and works well.

Love the touchscreen and all the features that come with it. The modem is a little loud because the computer is so thin.

Its been about 2 months since I purchased this , and so far I am overall happy with the product. Pretty sleek and starts up/shuts down fast. I generally use it for coding.
A feature I wish was there was the two finger tap right click option. Also, there is a good deal of additional software from Lenovo, which kind of takes up space. Considering the fact that the storage space is only 128 GB, this shouldnt be the case. For these two reasons, I am giving it four stars.

I've had a few problems, but I bought this laptop for its literal flexibility. I've had this replaced due to a defective screen. The new one worked perfectly while traveling overseas and was a pleasure to work with remotely. Currently, the power adapter is buzzing while charging? All-in-all, I have to say I am still satisfied because of the flexibility for the price.

Ghost touch is true

I love electronics and computers so I normally do an extensive research before buying them. I looked at Lenovo Yoga Pro 3 to begin with, but I'm not a big fan of the keyboard and the trackpad, and it was so thin that I felt fragile holding it with one hand. So, I bought the Lenovo Yoga 3 14 inch instead. It has everything that I need, intel core i5, 8gb memory, 128gb SSD and I love the keyboard. But, then the ghost touch issue arose. And I noticed that the erratic ghost touch screen issue is only when it was on battery power. When I returned it to Best Buy, they acknowledged they have heard the same problems on Lenovo computers. Such a shame, it is a nicely built machine.
Pros:
- Very good specs: i5, 8gb, 128gb SSD
- Perfect size at 14 inch, not very many manufacturers make this size
- Quiet little machine
- Good comfortable keyboard
Cons:
- Ghost touch issue (like someone is touching the touchscreen all over)
- Trackpad is not as responsive for right clicking or double clicking
- Power button on the side, easy to get pushed by accident. Super annoying when I was sitting on the couch and my daughter sat next to me, somehow with the slightest bump, it managed to power off the laptop.
- When I touched the screen from the outside (like when trying to close it or adjust it), you can see the discoloration on the screen.

We recently bought this laptop 2-in-1 and love it! We had just been using a tablet for a few years and decided to get a laptop for convenience. The only complaint I have is that it takes a little while to get used to the layout of the desktop setting. The startup menu takes you straight to a tablet like screen, instead of a usual windows menu. Not a big deal, and easy to navigate once you get used to it. Other than that we've loved it!

I walked in to bestbuy with no intentions of even buying anything. Once I saw this Lenovo, I just had to get it! So light and portable with a nice screen size. I love the software on it; thus running on windows 8.1. This is a person coming from a macbook pro! You will not regret it!

Laptop is good for everyday use! Turns on and shuts down very fast. I don't use it every hour of the day so I don't need to charge much. But for people who will use it for a lot of the day, you'll need to charge often. depending what you do, battery dies fast

I was looking for a lightweight 2-in-1 that had a good sized screen for work. After spending about a month reading reviews on narrowing down from the many options out there I chose this model. Great screen clarity, lightweight and makes a really good tablet.

This laptop has been fantastic since the day we got it. Simple mundane tasks, such as throwing it in tablet mode and playing games on it while waiting at kids sports practices. Or for after hours work sessions. Obviously has all the power needed for a Office products, as well as PDF viewing. We've not and aren't loading CAD on it, not only is this not what integrated graphics are made for, but with any real project you're working off a unified network save location, so working outside of the office isn't possible anyhow. This product easily excels at all other areas of computer productivity and I'd highly recommend it to the non 3D gamers out there.
It's been stable, fast and reliable!
