It shut downs in the middle of meetings . Can not find my WiFi when every other device in my house has no issues .

Posted .Hey AshleyF, we're sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues with your Yoga. To help resolve this issue, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps: 1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.). 2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual. 3. Try to update the drivers on the Lenovo Support site: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/. Type the machine serial number (S/N) on the search bar. Hit enter to search the details regarding that unit. Click on the Drivers and Software tab, head to the Manual Update tab. Filter the Operating System drop-down to Windows 11 and proceed to downloading / updating the drivers. Restart your laptop when updates are done. If your issue persists after these steps, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support directly at this number: 855-253-6686, to work with a representative for more in-depth troubleshooting. Good, Well-Rounded Laptop

The keys feel smooth, the screen quality is fantastic, and it’s not overly large so it doesn’t take up too much space on your lap. Performance-wise it can handle the basics smoothly (editing documents, low-requirement video games, watching movies, etc). The only issue I had was at one point it seemed to stop charging when I plugged in the charger, so I let the battery drain completely, restarted it, and set it to default settings. I’m not sure if the issue was because I’d had it on battery saving mode beforehand or if it was just totally random, but I haven’t had any issues with charging since then.

Outstanding laptop for the money!!

My daughter wanted a decent laptop to use for just about everything. Having just purchased 2 other laptops we decided to go for this model for her as it kind of converts into a touchscreen tablet . So far she has been really impressed with it and remains happy. The staff were knowledgeable , polite kind and courteous making the visit very easy.

The perfect college student device

Not only does the laptop function work BEAUTIFULLY but capability of being a tablet makes it a winner in my eyes. As someone who is actively in college my main priorities are storage and functionality. I am able to have microsoft desktop functions and the size makes it easy to carry around. I love being able to have the option to type up assignments and then be able to take written notes. Overall, one of the smartest investments I have made.
