I can't tell if it comes with the laptop on the softward and pre-installed browsers. I can't figure out how to stop getting the notifications for Norton anti-virus warnings, which are very annoying. The power cords is very flimsy. I'm on my third one (the dog chewed one of them) because it's so easy to bend at the source of power.

Its so much better than using a MAC! The combination of the touchscreen save a lot of time. Overall, it’s a faster machine so far. I love the design because it is lighter and more flexible and not clunky. And the company has really worked to make this as user-friendly as a Mac is. I’m still working on integrating some of the functionality I’m used to having, but I am loving this computer and I’m a convert. It’s wonderful to be able to support a company other than Mac.

Machine went blue screen after a week and Lenova service helped over the phone to restore to factory settings. Machine was great and I was really enjoying and got it all set up with my software and files, worked for two weeks and blue screen came back. Took it back to Best Buy and they sent it back to Lenova for repair and I am waiting for it to be returned. I really hope they fix it properly because it really is a great laptop when working.
