The product was damaged and the laptop never really started. It didn't have charger as well. Very disappointing and frustrating to have such defective product shipped.

This has been a waste of my money. The computer has giving me so much trouble and Lenovo has giving me no help! I got it March 2nd 2025 and now I can’t use it 4/23/2025

The computer runs smoothly, and the touch screen is accurate. The display is clear, and it offers decent battery life, but it is not as accurate as stated in the device's start-up manual. When I have good internet service, the loading speed is top-notch. Although before purchasing the item, I wasn't made aware of the security mechanism placed on the device. That is the only downside I suppose.

I can’t say enough good things about the Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1! First off, the design is gorgeous — the Arctic Grey finish looks super sleek and professional. It feels premium without being too heavy, which makes it perfect for carrying around to work, class, or just lounging on the couch. Performance-wise, it’s a dream! The AMD Ryzen 5 8640HS chip is super fast and handles everything I throw at it — multitasking, editing documents, light photo editing, even a little gaming — with no slowdown at all. The 16” 2K touchscreen is absolutely stunning. Colors are vibrant, text is crystal clear, and the touch response is smooth and snappy. The 2-in-1 flexibility is one of my favorite features. I can switch from laptop to tablet mode seamlessly, and it feels natural either way. It’s also amazing for watching shows, taking notes with a stylus, or sketching out ideas. The battery life is impressive too — easily lasting me a full day with moderate use.

The laptop is great. The keyboard types nicely (returned an awesome spec HP because the keyboard was crap), the touchscreen is a helpful feature, and the screen resolution is perfect for what I am needing it for. The specs could be a little better, but for the price and for what it is used for, it is a fair trade-off. However.... ....Levono comes prepackaged with McAfee, which in turn, automatically signs you up with an account when setting up your laptop/computer, etc... (there may be a way around this, but I do remember, nor do I recall having to sign up for McAfee). When I uninstalled McAfee, and when the laptop restarted, it went into BitLocker. I did the necessary steps to verify the necessary information, for it to then continuously loop back to the BitLocker screen. All this happened while on chat with McAfee. So, like the laptop, not so stoked about Levono automatically creating a McAfee account, and would probably suggest to have Best Buy Geek Squad set everything up for you because it will prevent any headaches with setup and they will make sure that any program(s) that are wanted/unwanted is correctly set up. In fact, I may call them to take care of this issue. So, in summary, sign yourself up for the Geek Squad plan, which gets you a warranty + service, Levono has nice products, and be cautious with recognizing pre-installed programs. And yes, Levono will be receiving a phone call.

The lenovo yoga 7 has been an ease to get used to after using a mac book for a while. This laptop has been useful for me when doing homework and having different apps and tabs open whilst still running smoothly. The keyboard is smooth with this model being the 16”, it comes with a number pad extending the keyboard used in the 14” and although it does look and feel bigger, it is not much of a hassle to carry. It does carry a bit of weight but it is still quite lightweight for a laptop of its size. With the processor being an amd ryzen 5 it does prioritize performance over battery. I usually use my lenovo for school work for about 4-5 hours using about 25%-40% battery life.

I absolutely love my touchscreen it works and runs amazing its very useful being a 2 in 1 being able to us ethe keyboard or touchscreen whichever i choose plus having a big screen is very nice. I love being able to use it without fear of fit running slow.

I love how crisp the screen looks when watching videos, and the touchscreen makes scrolling and navigating really easy. Switching between laptop and tablet mode is seamless. It’s sturdy but not too heavy. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the backlit keys are a nice touch when working in dim lighting. The battery life is great—I recently traveled with it, and the battery lasted most of my day on a single charge. The speakers are decent, and the laptop runs quietly even when handling heavier tasks. It took me five years to get a new computer because I loved my previous Lenovo. The price point of this one made the decision easier, and I think it was a good investment. Would definitely recommend it!
