    I got a good price for the laptop, but the $180 for geek squad help wasn't the kind of help I'm used to. The computer looks nothing like the Dell that fell apart. My son installed Google so my home page would look the same. Now, Why couldn't Best Buy do that?

    The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helped made a stressful situation turn into a stress free experience!
