The computer works well, but I prefer the mac. Overall the Lenovo is a good product, but I do not like the sensitive mouse pad.

The machine randomly turns itself on/off. And today, the keyboard died so I'm using an external keyboard that I had to run out to buy. NEVER again. And the customer service is non-existent. I have never bought an extended warranty, but for some reason, I did this time. Good thing since it would be costing me hundreds to salvage this machine. But I'm punting as soon as I get through the work week and buying something else -- probably a Dell since they've been the most reliable and have actual customer service.
