Great laptop! I bought my first lenovo 4 years ago and recently updated to this Lenovo Yoga. I love using lenovo because they are very resistant and have great performance.

I loved this laptop. It's beautiful and really works very fast, at least for basic tasks and some video editing. I recommend it.

Large buttons, large screen for laptop, easy to use for someone who is NOT very computer literate. Would buy another Lenovo computer!

I'm enjoying my Lenovo laP top..There have been a few learning curves, however the Geek squad has been extremely helpful and I am pleased.

I love my new computer. Sales person Dimitri was very patient and knowledgeable.

The computer is great but what I experienced at the BestBuy in Hickory was not great from one of the sales guys. I was at the checkout with the laptop pulling out my credit card to purchase it. The sales guy then asked if I wanted the extra warranty Best Buy offers for the ~$180. I said no thanks, that I was ok with the 1 year Lenovo warranty at which point he stated that their was no warranty by Lenovo that I had to purchase one either from Best Buy or from Levnovo that was ~$150 and once I walked out the door I would be on my own if something happened to the laptop. He did say that Best Buy had some kind of ~15 day thing where I could bring the laptop back. I pressed him on this topic for a few minutes to be sure I was hearing him correctly. I point blank asked him quote" So Levnovo doesn't have any warranty at all?" He flat out stated no they don't. It was at this point I told him I'm done and put my credit card back in my wallet. I didn't believe him and left to go back home and check on this my self. It didn't take long to find out that the sales guy was lying to me to get me to purchase the best buy warranty service. Only thing I can figure. I ended up purchasing the same laptop from their on line service and did a pickup the next morning at the same store. I did speak to a customer service person at the store and told him what I had experience at the store by one of their sales guys. I had a hard time accepting that someone would lie to my face like that. It's still hard to accept. I had just retired in Jan of 2025 so I'm not a young man anymore and I'm guessing the guy thought I was gullible enough to believe this lie. This seems to not all that uncommon with the way the elderly are treated. I thought about talking to the store manager. Maybe I should have. I'm wondering how many elderly people get manipulated into purchasing the extra warranty by this high pressure sales pitch because they are expecting an honest sales person to help them, not manipulate them. Anyways I'm done, I really like the laptop so no complaints there. I hope this brings change to their sales tactics. It makes me wonder how much commission the sales person gets of of each warranty purchase. Selling your integrity for a few is never worth it.
