It just has a few dents and no hardware issue. It’s very sturdy. I’ll recommend it to anyone. By the way I also use it to play Fortnite and the graphics and game speed are very good.

Mouse/cursor issues, but otherwise decent laptop

I've been going through the same touchpad/mouse/cursor issue - turns out its not an issue exclusive to this Lenovo computer. In fact, there are users who posted on reddit a couple years ago reporting the same issue with their HP computers that also have touchscreens. I've disabled the pen driver, and that seems to do the trick (Device Manager > Human Interface Devices > HID-compliant pen *Right-Click>Disable device*). I found the solution here if any of you would like more information: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/10vb5r2/cursor_jumps_to_upper_right_corner_continuously/?rdt=58860 . Unfortunate that this has to be done, but this is alright for me since I don't really need the pen capabilities right now, but I would like to use it at some point in the future.

It is powerful enough to replace my desktop, with the portability of a laptop, and the functionality of a tablet. It literally replaces all the other computers in my house. I’m not a tech, so I was hoping to find someone with good knowledge. That is exactly what happened, The associate was very knowledgeable about the laptops and was very helpful. The laptop wasn’t in stock, but the associate placed the order for me in store, and it was delivered 2 days later. This was a very good experience.
