To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Got a great deal while on sale and a $50 MS Windows upate incentive. This replaced a 7 year old Surface - sad to give it up but the new ones are too pricey for my needs.

The biggest issue I have is the 'BLARING" warnings to install malware - and act as it the computer is going to crash, within minutes of startup. It's a battle between two vendors, and I'm sure somebody benefits from the purchase. This is annoying.

My family has had several over the years and they have been reliable workhorses. The Lenovo Yoga series combines the best of a laptop and a tablet. Great for someone who is used to an iPad, but needs a laptop. I got two for my daughter and granddaughter who are both starting college. They are great student computers

Its responsive and smooth. Need a tablet? It fold over and you can just write on the screen. Need a stand to watch a movie? Fold it and stand it like a teepee. Whats not to like!

Nice and vibrant but not a true 2K screen.

This is not a true 2k screen (2560x1440) but rather 1920 x 1200 which is more like HD plus. Otherwise the screen is bright enough and vibrant and seems to be relatively fast when surfing the web or using apps.

2K resolution is one of multiple high-definition image resolution standards. The primary difference is that 2K resolution can refer to more than one image size. For this reason, 2K is generally accepted as an umbrella term. It is typically used when referring to the motion picture industry, as many films are projected at this standard.
These resolutions are defined by the Digital Cinema Initiatives, or DCI, a governing body comprised of major motion picture studios. The 1920x1200 resolution is considered as 2K, as the horizontal resolution (number of pixels across the display) meets the parameters to fall under the 2K umbrella.

Good battery life

We recommend running and installing all available drivers updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings, these updates are crucial to the device’s health and will affect the touchpad drivers. To check for updates within Lenovo Vantage begin by launching the application, then select the “Check for updates” button on the top of the right-hand of the display. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page.

Really happy I switched!

I switched from Apple and honestly don't regret it. I'm still learning my way around and wish I had more time to tinker with all the features but even with limited time it's been a great experience. Overall, I'm really happy with the switch.

I went to Best Buy on Black Friday figuring it would be on sale. Much to my dismay, it was not. Your rep named Norma felt bad & advised me to download the app & check everyday. I did what she said & could not believe it was $400 off on Cyber Monday. Thanks to Norma as she made my day. Norma was caring, friendly & a people person. She is an asset to your company & deserves a raise!!
