I like the product.

I am definitely not even using it to its fullest potential as there are also great features for photo editing and other softwares. The pen is also an amazing addition imo for note taking .

Beautiful screen and audio, but battery and reliab

Initially, I loved it: the screen is gorgeous, and the audio quality is superb. Also, using it with the pen is an excellent complement that really adds to the versatility. However, the battery life fell short; unless I was plugged into the charger, the autonomy was a struggle. Unfortunately, I had a major hardware failure: after using the laptop to create a video, it simply wouldn't turn on the next day, and I had to return it. The silver lining was the return process. The customer service was excellent—they treated me very well and provided a quick solution with no hassle. It’s a shame the device failed because it had so much potential, but at least the support was top-notch.

It had problems from day 1 but I didn't realize it in time to return for a full refund. There is a hardware problem causing bluetooth and printer disconnections constantly. Literally, while I am listening to something the bluetooth driver disappears from the system. The same thing will happen mid-printing a document. It self corrects when I reboot the computer, sometimes I can be doing that 9-10 times an hour without exaggeration. When I call Lenovo and they finally accept that it is a real problem, they offer for me to take this new computer in for repairs, because they have a "no replacement" policy. So basically, if I am lucky, I will have a refurbished functional $1000+ computer until the next time it breaks down.... They don't stand behind their products. Their customer service is polite and useless. I was a loyal Lenovo customer. No more. I am done.
