Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, I have purchase at least 6 Yoga 2+1's over the last 5 years and have had GREAT performance. However, this time the laptop wouldn't charge (after I got it set up of course) so I returned it for a replacement. After a month, that model exhibited power related issues so I returned it (uuugghh). This time I purchase the Yoga 15" Auro platform and so far so good (30+days).

We wish to provide the best experience possible, and if you wish, we'd like to work with you to try to resolve this issue.
To start, let's see if we can address this with software adjustments. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after these steps the issues persist, more in-depth troubleshooting may be necessary to resolve this. In this case, we recommend submitting a PC repair ticket online at pcsupport.lenovo.com or by contacting Lenovo Support over the phone at: 877-453-6686, to work with someone who may help by providing a solution for you.

Mother Board Failed

Decent laptop , good price , no pen included
