Perfect for college students

Powerful value laptop

Works well for music production and other random tasks. I upgraded from an older Lenovo Yoga and I like the upgrade except for 2 things: the keyboard keys are slippery feeling from the silk touch, and the power button was moved to the middle of the side and I frequently bump it.

I only needed one for school and I’m very pleased with this laptop. The screen is very clear and vibrant, it’ll be great for steaming movies. I recommend this laptop! Battery lasts me about 2 days of full time work.

My order was marked as delivered, but it was actually delivered to the wrong address. I had to spend a lot of time contacting both the carrier and Best Buy support to resolve the issue. The carrier confirmed it was a delivery error, but the process to fix it was complicated and time-consuming. I do appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved with a refund, but I believe customers should not have to go through this much effort for a confirmed delivery mistake. I hope Best Buy can improve this process in the future.
