    I have owned many laptops over the years - usually paying top price to get the latest technology. But, this Yoga 2 in 1 was reasonably priced and works great. I watched 4k tv from YoutubeTV and the picture was fantastic. All things considered (price, features, etc.) this is my best laptop purchase ever.

    Laptop quality is really sleek and pretty good battery life. Touchpad is not that great, sometimes does not register a light tap. Opening the laptop is annoying because you have to touch the webcam unless you open it without using the lip.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Yoga's touchpad and ease of use with opening the laptop. We'd like to work with you to resolve this issue.

      To start, regarding the touchpad issue, to help remedy this, first, in Windows Settings, follow these steps to get to touchpad settings: Bluetooth & Devices > Touchpad. There should be an option to toggle touchpad options there. Also, under the "Taps" option in this part of the menu, you can adjust touchpad sensitivity. If this doesn't do the trick, then try installing any available updates through the Lenovo Vantage app by selecting the "Check for updates" button on the homepage of the app. Then, check for updates in the Settings app by selecting the Windows Updates tab and selecting "Check for updates" button.

      If your issue persists after applying updates and restarting your system, we then recommend reaching out to our support team at this number: 855-253-6686, and providing a representative with details of your issue, so that they may help by providing a solution for you.

      With opening the laptop, we recommend leveraging the "bump" that protrudes out the top of the laptop lid as a leverage point to open the laptop.
