    Love the laptop especially the way you can make it into tablet, the issue is finding a good cover for the laptop there isn't much online for this model

    Such a nice laptop, BUT... the brightness kept fluctuating, it kept freezing up while in Chrome, and continually froze up on boot up, so I had to restart it to enter my PIN. Returned it- a new laptop shouldn't have so many issues. The trackpad had a loud click sound that was annoying. Otherwise, great screen and performance.

    The first time it came the box inside the box was damaged and so was the laptop. It obviously was packaged damaged. That was a hassle. I had to go down to Best Buy in vestal and was offered something “similar”. It did replace it with the same model that was delivered to my granddaughter for college. Just wondering what kind of warranty is on it? Thank you for your reply.

    Very nice system. It will even play most of my Steam games at 40-60 FPS. My only complaint is the 2K screen. I wish it were just a bit highter resolution.
