LOVE this computer

Love this computer!!!! I switched from a Dell Latitude and I can't believe how much nicer this one is. It's is so fast and the OLED touchscreen is beautiful. The touch on the keyboard is so nice. The sound is great and is perfect for watching a movie. On my Dell, the sound was so bad and the computer rattled, so that watching a movie was not possible. So glad I purchased this computer (when it was on sale) and am looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

It’s my first time owning a Lenovo computer. At first, it ran hotter than my old Vaio when plugged in, but using a laptop riser solved the issue. So far, it’s been working well. It was easy to set up, and I was able to transfer all my data from my old laptop without any problems.

Lenovo is good and consistent product

Great touch reliable product. Lenovo has a reputation of being built to last. Through the years, I have dropped my Lenovo on multiple occasions and it still keeps ticking. I expect nothing different from this model. My one complaint is that the internet/WIFI connection can be choppy and not as consistent. For example, if I fold it close and reopen, the reconnect can be unreliable and have to completely restart for it to work properly. I am not sure of cuase that is the root cause of the issue.

Regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity issue, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

I purchased this for my nephew who is in college. It was purchased upon the very helpful recommendation of the Geek Squad. He is very happy with it, it works well for all of his school and also gaming needs.

It's really good, but a few things

The laptop does everything I need it to do, but to be honest I'm considering returning it and exchanging it for a mac. The touch screen is handy occasionally, but not really something I use all the time. The screen quality, however, is amazing. Top tier. I bought this because I was only using an iPad and I wanted something that could run full-desktop Microsoft office, and it does that of course. Windows 11 is just fine, no better or worse than MacOS, maybe a little smoother feeling for my workflow. The laptop itself has an excellent keyboard, great for long typing, but I keep hearing this feint, light popping sound on the chassis when I rest my hands on the palm-rest, something that really worries me for longterm issues. The trackpad also gets greasy or smudged super easy and then doesn't respond to my fingers, I've started using a bluetooth mouse (I'm not a filthy person, and I've never had this issue on any other laptop). So there are some specific hardware concerns I have there. But like I said, the keyboard is excellent, the screen looks amazing, and the battery life is solid, always gets me through the day without having to worry about a charger, sometimes 2 days. If you buy it just treat it carefully and respectfully.

Beautiful high quality laptop. Love the exterior color! The screen is ultra clear and crisp. Once you experience OLED, you'll notice the difference. I bought this computer as personal since my work computers are usually lenovo. Very satisfied overall. I bought this on sale.

Really nice laptop

I don't like changing products- its such a pain. However, the Lenovo Yoga 7 is amazing and made the process very easy, even for someone non-tech savvy like me. It was an intuitive set up process where the laptop walked me through each step. It connected easily with my desk top and other devices, which makes work trips much smoother. It's easy to use and has quick processing speed. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Excellent Laptop with great performance

Bought this laptop to upgrade on an outdated laptop I had. The processing power, extra storage, and overall quality of this laptop made it a buy. While not being the most powerful laptop of this series specifications wise ,but what you get out of this is worth a buy for anyone who multitasks averagly and needs a little more power. I would recommend.

Delivery issue handled but process needs improveme

The product itself is great, but my delivery experience was very frustrating. My order was marked as delivered, but it was actually delivered to the wrong address. I had to spend a lot of time contacting both the carrier and Best Buy support to resolve the issue. The carrier confirmed it was a delivery error, but the process to fix it was complicated and time-consuming. I do appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved with a refund, but I believe customers should not have to go through this much effort for a confirmed delivery mistake. I hope Best Buy can improve this process in the future.

Still figuring It Out

It's a nice little machine. A little temperamental though. It doesn't always start up right away. Sometimes, I have to press the power button a few times. There's no way to tell if this press will do it since it takes 30 seconds or so before there are any signs of life. I have Microsoft Office on the computer. I do not store anything in the cloud unless I am using it as a public file. However, without clear warning, things are stored on the cloud. I don't need a machine that I can't use unless there is wifi. There's a reason why I purchased it with a 1TB SSD. I know this is probably a MIcrosoft issue, but it is very frustrating when it is not clear where things are being stored. When I open my Documents folder, I expect to be able to open it with the drop down folders I created and for it all to be on the computer I saved it on. Only to see that most of what I saved is not accessible without wifi. Anyway, the machine itself is light and fast [once it decides to wake up].

To start, with system startup, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Bought this for a teenager. She loves the size, weight, and it does everything she needs. Also, the metal construction around the screen rather than plastic/breakable parts is a plus.
