I've been wanting a personal laptop forever - with MS Office - but didn't want to pay an arm and a leg, didn't need bells and whistles (not a gamer) but more than just a Chromebook. This fit the bill. It's a little heavy but the screen is huge and the fact it can be used as a giant tablet is a bonus! Excellent price point + functionality.

The screen resolution is amazing, love have co-pilot built in. The laptop is thin and sleek and the large screen makes it feel like an all in one desk top! I don wish the battery life was better but it meets what the manufacturer states.

Firstly, we recommend running and installing all available drivers updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings, these updates are crucial to the device’s health and will affect power consumption leading to improved battery life. To check for updates within Lenovo Vantage begin by launching the application, then select the “Check for updates” button on the top of the right-hand of the display. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page.
Secondly, the Yoga 7 allows you to change the computer’s thermal mode. This will allow your device to cycle between higher performance, quiet, or automatically adjust based on your needs. To start, launch the Lenovo Vantage app, select the "Device Settings" tab from the left-hand side of the display, scroll down to "Power modes" and select the best mode based on your needs. We suggest using Quiet mode which will lower the temperature of your Yoga 7 when under load. You can also toggle thermal modes simply with the Fn+Q hotkey.

The battery last much longer than most HP laptops that I have had. Its keypad is great to the touch and love the touchscreen, has everything I need for a laptop including a light up keyboard. I've had for a month now and so far I am happy with this laptop

The YOGA handles all my graphic needs well and is lightweight and portable. I like the option of touch screen, but don't really use it that much. I'm not required to use a wireless keyboard, as I have in the past, as the keyboard is fine and has the numberpad included

The 2‑in‑1 design is genuinely useful — I switch between laptop mode for work and tablet mode for streaming or note‑taking, and the hinge feels sturdy every time. Performance has been smooth and consistent. It handles multitasking easily, and the battery life has been strong enough to get me through a full day of classes and light editing without needing to plug in. The touchscreen is responsive, and the keyboard is surprisingly comfortable for long typing sessions. If I had to point out one drawback, it’s that the fans can kick in when I’m running heavier programs, but it’s never been disruptive enough to be a real issue. Overall, the Yoga hits a sweet spot: lightweight, flexible, and powerful enough for everyday use. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a device that can adapt to different tasks throughout the day.

Starting with the well-made back lit keyboard, beautiful display and of course invest in the increased Ram for speed I've been searching and went back to HP but was not happy, so I found this an had an 8G Lenovo with good experience so I took a chance and glad I did

Since a recent Microsoft update the audio drivers are not compatable but still works with earbuds or bluetooth speakers. Hopefully there will be a fix soon. With what I saved by it being on sale I was able to replace the SSD WITH A 2Tb drive but it only has one slot so you have to replace instead of expand.
