    In general I'm pleased with the product. I don't like having the on/off button on the side where it can be accidentally turned on when picking up the laptop to put in or take out of a computer bag.

    Thirty days in, my computer stopped any connection with the internet. Tried from additional locations with no luck. After much phone time with the tech, it was restarted from the very beginning. I lost all work that had been pending on the new machine. Not a good way to start. Geek Squad was great.

      To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the problem. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates.
