    The service on my new computer was very fast and I am very pleased. With the instructions by the girl who gave the new computer back to me, I was able to put the laptop with my printer as well as keyboard and new mouse. She was complete in all instructions.

    Excellent upgrade. Salesman was sleazy telling us we needed to upgrade to s new computer because Windows 10 was going to shut down on October 14. We just needed a new computer, there are consumers running Windows XP so that is amazing that he told us. Really. But corporate was understanding and offered some good deals.

    I purchased a Lenovo laptop in 2014. It has provided me with exactly what I need in a PC without any issues. I still have it and would not have replaced it except for the fact that it Windows 10 support will be dissolved in 2025, and it does not have enough memory to install and run Windows 11. That is one reason I purchased another Lenovo. Other reasons that affected my decision are: the new laptop is lightweight, has the processor and hard drive space requirements I need, and has the larger size touchscreen.
