    Liking it, however, it takes longer to boot up that I thought it would and a my up and down arrow keys aren't working, Making an appointment with the Geek Squad, I'm confident they will fix it. After that I would give it 5 stars

    I would recommend my 2015 chromebook over this laptop anyday. It has more glitches, incapabilities, and delay than any laptop I have ever used. I experience endless issues trying to utilize my bluetooth devices and even connecting to wifi. They have enhanced this device with all sorts of AI software that only slows down and inhibits proper use. I am doing everything I can to replace this laptop. I wish i could rate it a 0/5 but that is not possible. Literally choose anything but this laptop.

    In general I'm pleased with the product. I don't like having the on/off button on the side where it can be accidentally turned on when picking up the laptop to put in or take out of a computer bag.
