Nice laptop for the price

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Its a great computer for college

Lenovo wins the day

At first I was a little taken back on the price and the fact that I could not open the package to view and check out the new item. However the Geek Squad helper was able to help me with enough information to feel more comfortable and they also down loaded my most important work from my old Lenovo purchased 5 years ago. My work to expand my writing on my recently published books is especially easy and helpful.

Much Needed Upgrade

Old laptop used to overheat within minutes of powering on. I have used this for work and studies and still been able to watch a full length movie with my significant other on it afterwards.
