    Overall good! Few difficulties like opening the lid it’s hard to open even using both hands.power button on side always mistakenly pressing while connecting charging cord on left.

  • Love the computer, miss the absence of information

    The computer is sleek and works well, but I am still learning. Windows 11, which is a Microsoft and not a Lenova issue is too intrusive. From Lenova, having to go online for information and guides is problematic and I miss the booklet, disk or thumb drive with operating information.

    Great computer! Had a MacBook that was 7 years old and felt the time was right for something new. This thing moves fast! Battery life is not as good as advertised but still solid. My battery life seems to be 6-7ish hours, certainly not double digits. AI tools feel like a bit of a fad but nice to have. Would give 4.5 stars overall.

    Liking it, however, it takes longer to boot up that I thought it would and a my up and down arrow keys aren't working, Making an appointment with the Geek Squad, I'm confident they will fix it. After that I would give it 5 stars
