Best Buy - my go-to store

I purchased same Lenovo laptops for both of my granddaughters whk have both graduated and still using them. I have purchased all of my televisions at Best Buy as well. Everyone is very knowledgeable and patient with me. They don't make me feel uncomfortable being a grandmother who isn't a "Techie"

Regarding Bluetooth connectivity, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Screen touch, fingerprint omg can't even explain this upgrade. Now i don't know why i took so long to get a new one. Ive my other laptop for 10 yrsit was getting slower and slower to long to get it started . Glad i made a good decision in purchasing a new one. Thank you
